Our Head Chef

Derek Blount joined Dockyard in 2016. Hailing from the sea-front here in Bray,

Del trained in WIT and and learned his craft in the Michelin star Chapter One.

He spent a number of years in the famous Wicklow Heather in Laragh.

Passionate about everything he does,

Del strives to ensure every customer leaves Dockyard feeling they

just experienced something special.
